By installing an Eagle Tools extension, using this website or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Account
An account is optional to use the extensions and required to sync data and subscribe to Pro. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity carried out with your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to access other accounts' data or get around plan or device limits.
- Do not use public workspace links to distribute illegal or malicious content.
- Do not overload the API with abusive automation.
- Follow the Chrome Web Store and Microsoft Edge Add-ons policies.
Plans and payments
The Free plan costs nothing and does not expire. Eagle Pro is a monthly or annual subscription that unlocks the Pro features of every extension connected to the same account. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until it is canceled. Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance and apply from the following renewal.
The first subscription of each account may include a free trial. You enter your card at the start, but nothing is charged during the trial; if you cancel before it ends, you are not charged. Without cancellation, billing for the chosen plan starts automatically when the trial ends.
If a charge is declined, Pro stays active for a few days while the payment is retried. Update your card in My account to avoid an interruption; without payment, the account returns to Free until it is settled.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid, and then the account returns to Free, keeping the data saved locally. Within 7 days of the first charge, we refund the full amount on request, in line with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
License and ownership
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the extensions according to your plan. The Eagle Tools brand and the code and design of the extensions and the website belong to Eagle Tools. The data you create remains yours.
Availability
The extensions work offline. Sync depends on our servers, which may undergo maintenance. We keep the extensions compatible with the browsers' Manifest V3 standard.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eagle Tools is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of the services, nor for data loss caused by browser failures or by removing the extension. We recommend keeping backups, available in each extension.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that involve payment fraud or unlawful activity. You can delete your account at any time in My account.
